Our custom order process is designed to provide you with a safe, seamless, and personalized experience. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Consultation
Contact our team before placing an order to confirm product availability, warehouse location, and special requirements.

2. Specification Confirmation
Provide all specifications: size, material, color, features. Once confirmed, changes cannot be made after production begins.

3. Production
Custom products are made to your confirmed specifications. Production timelines are communicated before order confirmation. Minor variations in TPE material or handmade details are normal and not defects.

4. Shipping
After production, orders are shipped discreetly. Delivery timelines depend on your location, with most orders delivered within 72 hours, taxes included. Tracking information will be provided.

5. Responsibility and Restrictions

  • Custom orders are non-refundable.

  • Customers must provide accurate information; errors may cause delays or extra costs.

  • Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

  • Follow product care instructions; misuse is not covered by warranty.
